Understanding & naming emotions is a crucial life skill that helps children communicate their needs, and develop self-management strategies
Big feelings are a natural and important part of early childhood, and young children learn best through play, connection, and supportive relationships. We are excited to introduce a new play-based social-emotional learning program designed especially for preschool children.
Through stories, movement, sensory experiences, cooperative play, and guided social interaction, children will build foundational skills that support emotional regulation, flexible thinking, friendship building, confidence, and successful participation in group settings. Rooted in child development and inspired by programs such as The Zones of Regulation and Social Thinking, this small-group experience aims to nurture the social-emotional foundations that help young children thrive both in school and in everyday life.
